Stephen was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2014 and practices in the areas of both commercial real estate transactions and corporate law.  Prior to joining the firm, Stephen attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. While in law school, Stephen interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals under Judge Robert C. Hunter, as well as the North Carolina Business Court under Judge James L. Gale. Stephen holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
